ABOUT (:I:) TOKEN ERC20 & NFT (:I:) MINING
Mining of ALLMARS token ERC20 is controlled by a project governor smart contract. Operating on the Proof of Turnover algorithm, which ensures the acceptance of NFTs as collateral. As well as the issuance (mining) of project tokens in exchange for the NFT provided as collateral.
To start mining the ALLMARS token, you must have at least one NFT of the allmars.eth project, which can be purchased on the project page on OpenSea. Next, you will need to follow the instructions for mining the token.
There are 20,000,000,000 ERC20 ALLMARS tokens available for mining. Mining time is not limited. There is no burning function in the smart contract of the token. The commission for transferring the token from wallet to wallet is non existent (it is equal to 0).
The algorithm also implies the return of mined tokens with the receipt of the pledged NFT back. Which will lead to a balancing of the exchange rate and, consequently, to the stability of the ERC20 ALLMARS token. The tokens returned to the project, can be mined again by any participant according to the described scheme for depositing any ALLMARSNFT as a pledge.
After depositing NFT as a collateral and receiving minted ERC20 ALLMARS tokens. The user has the right to perform the following actions:
• return the received amount of ERC20 ALLMARS tokens within 24 hours, regardless of the token rate, to the project and get your ALLMARSNFT back;
• return ERC20 ALLMARS tokens to the project at the rate of the token to WETH after 24 hours and get your ALLMARSNFT back;
• redeem your ALLMARSNFT back for WETH at the price for which it was purchased on OpenSea in ETH. The NFT price for WETH is always fixed and does not change;
• if no further action is taken then after 30 days the user will lose ownership of the NFT. But he will still have the mined ERC20 ALLMARS tokens. ALLMARSNFT will return to OpenSea for further free sale;
• exchange mined ERC20 ALLMARS tokens for WETH on the Balancer or on any other cryptocurrency exchange where the token was listed.
